Cox Pavement Consulting was started by Clayton Cox in 1990. After spending 25 years in the pavement industry, he saw that there was a need for professional level pavement rehabilitation design and project management that would put the interests of building owners, property managers and boards of directors first. Company growth started immediately in the St. Louis area and work expanded to the surrounding states.
Collin Cox joined the family company in 1998 and began designing and managing pavement projects across the country.
Starting in 2001, Cox Pavement Consulting began designing and managing pavement projects across the country. Projects were completed along the east coast, around the Great Lakes and in the northwest. In 2002, a second office was opened in Fort Collins, Colorado to serve the mountain west region.
